Early Life and Family
Fr. Joseph was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, to Mr. Samuel Konteh (late) and Mrs. Margaret Nenna Konteh. He is the third of six children, with three brothers and three sisters. Sadly, one of his siblings passed away a few years ago.
Ordination and Ministry
Fr. Joseph was ordained as a priest on April 13, 2018. He currently serves as:
– Assistant Parish Priest at St. Anthony’s Parish
– Lecturer of Canon Law at St. Paul’s Major Seminary
– Assistant at the Archdiocesan Marriage Tribunal
Educational Background
Fr. Joseph pursued his priestly formation at the following institutions:
– Pre-Major Seminary (2008-2009)
– Philosophy Studies (2009-2013)
– Theology Studies (2013-2017), with a pastoral year at St. Theresa of the Sea Parish, Juba
